Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School ("VBS" for short) is a one week program in the summer for children from three years old through grade five. In 2006 there were over 120 children who attended the program during the week of July 10 to 14. The theme for the week was "Son Treasure Island: Discovering God's Love."
Thanks to Kelly DeFrancesco (667-4074), Holly Ruoff (972-6361), and Nancy Shullman (972-9351), there definitely will be VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL in the summer of 2007! Kelly, Holly and Nancy will be the co-leaders and are already at work planning things and looking for others to sign up to be helpers. The dates will be July 9--13, 2007, right here on the St. Aloysius campus. So, put the dates in your summer calendars now, and call one of them to say you are ready and willing to help out.
